Looker dashboard

Hi,

I need to build an HR dashboard in Google Looker Studio connected to a Google Sheets file.

We already have the visual design defined in a Claude artifact, so the goal is to replicate that structure in Looker Studio and connect it to the Sheets so it updates automatically when HR modifies the data.

The deliverable would include:

Fully functional dashboard in Looker Studio
Connection to Google Sheets
Automatic data updates
Basic filters and clear KPI visualization
Brief usage instructions for the team

Additionally, we would like to:

Align on KPI definitions (e.g. turnover, absenteeism, cost per employee) to ensure consistency
Review and, if needed, optimize the Google Sheets structure for proper data modeling
Ensure the dashboard is performant and scalable as data grows
Keep the setup simple enough to be maintained internally without ongoing dependency
