Long term relationship in Data Science & Analysis

We’re looking for a Data Scientist / Analyst to join us for a long-term collaboration focused on transforming raw data into actionable business insights. You’ll play a hands-on role in building analytical frameworks, creating automated reporting pipelines, and supporting data-driven decisions across our product and strategy teams.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both exploration and implementation - working closely with decision-makers to define metrics, improve data quality, and deploy predictive models that drive measurable impact.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related fields
Strong command of SQL, Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn), and visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience with data cleaning, feature engineering, and machine learning workflows
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and business metrics
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal -ability to clearly explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams
