Loading/import inventory list to drupal commerce

I require assistance with uploading and integrating our company's product inventory data within a Drupal Commerce-powered e-commerce website. The current inventory is housed in a CSV file containing fields for product IDs, names, images, descriptions, prices and quantities. The goal is to programmatically import this data and have it populate within the appropriate content types, fields, and tables that Drupal Commerce utilizes to surface products on the storefront. This import should validate the data for any errors or missing values, map the CSV fields to the corresponding Commerce fields, insert inventory records into the database, and attach images and other files to their related nodes. Additionally, any future inventory updates or new additions made to the CSV should be able to be reimported with an automated import solution. Experience with Drupal Commerce, developing importer modules, and performance optimization for large data sets is preferred for this project. Reliable delivery of a fully functional and tested import tool is required.
