KPI Spreadhseet set up on Monday

My business is an Estate Agency and I am looking to track KPI so that the staff have better awareness of how they are performing. I have created a KPI spreadsheet on Google Sheets that I need to set up on Monday CRM system (or something similar if there is a better option). We want to be able to track our KPIs and get stats on how we are doing against our targets. We have chosen Monday as we want to make it friendly for the staff to be able to use it on a daily basis so that they can update themselves easily. I am looking for a specialist who can help me to create a platform for my staff to use to record KPIs, that we can push through onto a screen in the office and for.
