I need a simple predictive model-driven DSS

I need someone who is knowledgeable on MIS: WEKA, DSS and JavaScript

Here are the things to do:

1. Create a .CSV made up dataset with 3-5 attributes that must be error-free when it is loaded to WEKA (a data mining software).
2. Use either a classifier or regression-based predictive model.
3. Embed predictive decision models (classifier or regression) generated by WEKA into JavaScript functions (web-based application).
4. Write a short manuscript relative to the DSS using the Extended Abstract format.

It does not need to be complex, just a simple DSS will do.
