Hi,
I have a spreadsheet with raw data (attached). It's for local ad campaigns in different regions.
We have a total budget that changes quite frequently (sometimes weekly, or even every other day).
1 - I need to be able to input the TOTAL budget for the month, and the campaign budgets be updated dynamically to share that total budget.
2 - However, the important bit is each campaign needs to have a budget that reflects it's performance (leads). So you need to factor their current spend and number of leads generated. The best performing campaign gets the most budget, of course.
3 - You need to factor in the current allocated budget vs the spend. Because some campaigns don't spend their budgets and so by lowering their budget doesn't necessarily mean they will spend any less, as that spend might still be under the budget.
4 - There also has to be a maximum budget % change option. For example 20% or 30%. So a campaign can't be updated (up/down) more than that %.
5 - I also need a dropdown next to each campaign to be able to exclude a campaign from the calculation, so I can give it a fixed budget regardless of performance.
Is this something you can help me with?

Ed,
Value your clarification as to what numbers are actually represented in B and C?
Because A1 talks of a "monthly" budget, A3 refers to a "Weekly" one, and B4 says it is "Budget allocated per day" and C4 is the "Actual spend for period"?
