Google AdWords certified expert to optimise existing campaign

We’re looking for a Google AdWords certified expert to optimise our existing campaign with the ultimate goal of increasing conversions whilst maintaining or even reducing costs.

Initially, we'd like someone to perform the following:

Analyze, and Manage the existing campaign
Keyword Research, Bidding, and Management
Ad Copywriting and Testing

There is a good possibility that there will be regular repeat work for the ongoing management and optimisation of our campaign.
