GIS Data Extraction

I am working on a project, that requires the identification of postcodes within BRMA's (Broad Market Rental Area) identified by the VOA.

I was given the enclosed link by the VOA and advised that the data we require is within the enclosed link:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/broad-rental-market-area-boundary-layer-for-geographical-information-system-gis-applicable-may-2020

I am looking for someone who can convert the attached GIS data into Excel or CSV for each of the BRMA'S to extract their postcodes
