Description
We are looking for an experienced business development / sales professional to contact estate agents and lettings teams and secure viewing dates for specific rental properties.
This is a targeted outreach project, not generic cold calling. You will be provided with a list of exact properties we want to secure viewings for, along with the relevant agent and branch details.
Our service supplies pre-vetted, ready-to-move families to letting agents, helping them reduce void periods and demonstrate compliance with current rental legislation.
Primary Objective
Secure confirmed viewing dates for identified rental properties so we can introduce matched, pre-vetted families.
Secondary Objective
Open conversations that can lead to ongoing partnerships with estate agents and lettings teams.
What You Will Be Doing
• Make outbound business development calls to estate agents and lettings teams
• Speak with the correct decision-makers (Branch Managers, Lettings Managers, Regional Lettings Managers)
• Reference specific properties during calls (full property details will be provided)
• Briefly explain who we are and why we are calling
• Progress conversations towards booking property viewings and, where appropriate, partnership discussions

Hi Priscilla, I need clarification on how many properties/agents are in the initial list and how many confirmed viewings you expect for the £121 budget, what you’ll treat as “secured” (email confirmation, calendar invite, or verbal confirmation logged), and whether you’ll provide a UK calling number/dialler plus any do-not-contact exclusions. Once you confirm, I’ll lock the scope.
Priscilla M.23 Jan 2026Hi, thanks for your enquiry. The current list has circa 300 properties however some are listed with the same agent. So it would be a matter of reviewing the target list and then coordinating your diary for the most efficient way of working.
