I am looking for an experienced data scraper or data scientist that can help me get data of people that are deceased that still own property in the state of Texas. If that list is too big, maybe in certain counties. So I want to get a list of people that are deceased on the death index and layer that list with the list of people that own property in that county so that I'll be able to find All properties that are owned by people that are deceased.
