Excel Spreadsheet Improvement & Pareto Dashboard Creation

I’m looking for someone to improve and update an existing Excel spreadsheet that tracks quality issues by topic.

The aim is to make the file more structured, scalable, and easier to use, along with adding a simple dashboard and a Pareto chart to highlight the main issues.

Scope of work includes:
Reviewing and improving the current spreadsheet layout
Organising and cleaning the data where needed (not much there as sample)
Creating a Pareto chart to show key problem areas
Building a clear and simple dashboard (charts/tables)
Making sure the file is easy to update with new data
Using formulas, PivotTables, or basic automation where helpful

See attached document, you will notice that this sample is very manual and takes time to manage on a daily basis. Remember, I don't need anything overly complicated.

This sheet needs to be easy to maintain.
