Excel - Spreadsheet for Fees Analysis

We have an excel spreadsheet to help us analyze the time spent on types of contracts, to learn if we should increase the price of that type of contract.
The former assistant created the spreadsheet, but we are not able to consolidate the new data entered on to it or understand the formulas. Looking for someone to fix the spreadsheet and/or if it's easier to create a new sheet that is easy for us to update to assess our fees on a yearly basis.
