Excel spreadsheet

I am looking for somebody to create an excel spreadsheet, to put my takings per day and my cost of sales, I want to be able to review week on week totals, month by month totals and year on year totals, to see what day of the week are the best takings, how much i spend per supplier, what my vat liability is likely to be, etc so I can better analyse my expenditure verses takings and more clearly see the peaks and troughs in the business year. I have basic spreadsheets set up already one for takings and one for cost of sales, so i need a summary page that will link the two together with an analysis. For somebody who knows excel it should be relatively straight forward. Somebody who understands accountancy and data analysis would be preferred.
