Excel - Help Required ASAP

Please view attached example sheet.

The actual sheet will contain 4097 Rows.

Work Required:

1. Extract 'First Name' value (shown in red) from Column A and insert this into Column B
2. Extract 'E-Mail' value from Column A (shown in red) and insert this into Column C
3. Delete any rows which contain personal email domains (see below link).
4. Delete any rows which contain duplicate email addresses.

File to be saved as CSV.
