Excel help - Plot Chart:

I have a task that requires assistance. I have created an Excel sheet and require some help. Please refer to the attached file for a visual representation of the task.

The Plot Chart on the "Data" tab needs to be created based on the data points from the "Name Allocation" tab. The middle green number (1) represents the reference number for Mohammad, which is the number I want to display for each individual on name allocation list. I do not need to see the boxes with X, and the box with one does not require a border or be colored.

I require this task to be completed quickly. The right person for this job will be able to complete it efficiently.

    How are calculated the coordinates for the Green rectangle? i.e. why is the reference number at the Red quadrant with coordinates 15,10?

    １- When you mention "Plot Chart," do you mean a grid-style table (like the one on the "Data" tab) where the reference number (e.g., 1 for Muhammad) should be displayed in specific cells?
    ２- Is the goal to recreate the grid so that for each individual, only their reference number appears in the correct cell(s), and all the "X" marks should be removed?
    ３- Should the output be a new sheet in the Excel file where the cleaned-up version of the "Data" tab is presented, or are you expecting a visual image/chart?
