I need help in designing a framework/model to be used to determine the optimal number of branches for a bank. In particular;
1. I require insights on factors that will be taken into consideration in this model i.e branch profitability, proximity to other branches of the same bank, proximity to branches of other banks, etc.
2. Based on the above, the framework/model will be able to determine if the current branch network is optimal or should be trimmed or increased.
