Data visualisation in R, STATA, or tableau

I need a creative and experienced data scientist who can develop neat figures from a dataset that has been analysed and conclusions made.

The data are time estimates for several activities in a system, formatted as a .CSV

Would need to run regressions and plot distributions and point estimates, but the form of analysis does not need to be discussed. Knowledge of the standard data science methods and programming would be needed.
