Data Transfer between excel worksheets

I have an excel spreadsheet which I use as a database. The database is for businesses and their addresses. I also have other tabs on the database which record information of employees at that address.

The database is attached, and you will see that it records data about the business by using a unique reference number, then the business address is added and then owner details.

The information regarding the unique reference number and the address requires to appear on the list of employees sheet.

There are also quick view tabs which display information according to the town the farm is based in.

At the moment the data has to be added to both the business list and the employee list and I am looking for an hourly in order to have the spreadsheet more automated in being able to transfer information between both sets of sheets
