Data Scrubbing & Analysis from Companies House Dataset

I need to get hold of uk companies with accounts past due. Companies House has the complete and up to date list of UK companies.

This my second attempt at this so I will try and be as clear as possible.

1. A UK Company - this will be Uk companies searchable on the companies house website. - https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/

2. Active Companies - the companies will be ‘Active’, not ‘dissolved’ or Active- pending liquidation’ etc

3. Ideally Tech - priority will be SAAS (Sic Code - ), followed by other Tech, then other cashless businesses

4. Past Due - The Company Accounts will be past due or overdue. This is not the confirmation statement. See attachment of a sample company on companies house website.

5. Last Accounts - the last submitted accounts for the company will be no older than 1st Jan 2023

6. Contact details - I will need the name of the main directors and their verified email address

7. Volume - I’m after 300 records to start. If successful I will come back for further batches of 300. I will take fewer if 300 is too much of a challenge

8. Sample - I will need a sample of 5 to 10 records before proceeding. If you can’t do that then kindly refrain from contacting on this project. I know it’s not ideal but I have lost weeks with people that believe they can deliver but in the end they don’t understand the requirement or are just unable to deliver it.

My understanding is the Companies House API doesn’t give accounts past due data so there is other manual verification/filtering required but I’m not an expert on this.
