We require data regarding nursing homes and care homes in West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire England UK to include the cities and towns of Bradford , Leeds, Huddersfield, Halifax , Wakefield , Barnsley, . The data must include the following information and should be in the format of an excel spreadsheet for the purposes of a mail merge. with all the headings in a separate column:
