Data entry of instagram comments

This is my first time using People Per Hour. I hope you can help me out.

I have a project that's very simple but requires some work. I have an instagram post with almost 3000 comments under it in which people have commented their country and region/state/province. I need an excel file in which all those 3000 comments are entered. So two columns (1 for country, 1 for region).
