The website is the source of councils. By following the links to these councils (possibly best to google them) you will find their Community Infrastructure Levy documents pages. Some will take longer to find than others. I need to understand your interpretation skills because the websites will say whether they are 'under consultation', 'adopted' etc

I need below columns to be filled in an excel sheet:

1. The Council.
2. The status of the Community Infrastructure Levy document.
3. The proposed or adopted charges by use.
4. A column stating whether the charge has been adopted or not
