Data Analysis Request

Conduct the same series of queries or sorts on several different excel databases and compile results:

1. Breakdown of all amounts by what state they came from.

2. Also break out amounts from the following locations:

San Francisco
Atlanta
Seattle
Houston
Chicago
Brooklyn
Bronx


3. For California and New York it is a bit more complicated
For New York:
List all city locations from state of New York separately with a total amount from each,, but also break out separately amounts that come from: Brooklyn, Bronx, and those whose city field is New York, (which are really from Manhattan.)

For California break out all amounts that came from San Francisco as state above, but also list all the different city locations in california and the total amount from each city.



4. Break out the amounts that come from records that have the word “attorney” or “lawyer” in the occupation field.

5. Break out the amounts that come from records that have the word “consultant” or “consulting” in the occupation field.


6. Total up all the databases and break out the above categories by the percentage of the total
