We want to create an online dashboard we can input key targets/kpis into each month. This will include:
Sales against target
Recognised revenue against target
GP%
Operating profit
Ave Revenue per headcount
Cash balance
Income in advance
Job profitability against target
We hold this data in different systems at present (Xero, SFDC, Excel) so want to be able to update the data manually each month and visualise on a dashboard
