Creation of Interactive Map of UK

I need a designer to create an interactive map of the UK, which the Care Developer I work with can refer to in order to understand the national pictures around their engagement with all Local Authorities and Council's needs.

My company develops housing for adults with disabilities and where we do so is led by Council's communicating their needs - these can have very specific and have a lot of detail attached to them.

We want to create an interactive map (I recommend: https://www.randymajors.org/countygmap) that shows current LA boundaries, that allows us to colour code individual counties to show whether we are in dialogue or not. We then need the ability to allocate specific information and data sets to each of the areas, i.e. contact details, profile of need, etc.

I have attached an Excel document which confidentially provides detail of areas of engagement for our partner organisations - all of these counties should be highlighted, so that the team here to be able to engage with and add information against each specific authority and highlight any emerging / future areas of engagement.
