I am trying to create an MS EXCEL dashboard that tracks and displays the performance of 4 entities (NOAA, NOAU, NOAF and NOAD) across 4 main metrics (Balance Sheet, Deposit, Risk Asset, and PBT) on a monthly basis.
NOA Int’l is the sum of all the entities.
The dashboard should be very intuitive and user-friendly to navigate, and readily show things like month-on-month growth of each entity on a specific metric, year-to-date growth of same entities on each metric, month-on-month performance (actual) versus budget.
Other insights that can be deduced will be appreciated.
