This work is to create an excel pricing spreadsheet. Ideally I want to stay away from any Macros as this needs to be operated by people across the company and if it requires Macros it will complicate things with security etc. I have attached a specification which has all of the details required I believe.

It is important that it looks good, is functional and flexible.

I need to know how long it will take you to complete the work, but I estimate that it should be a day or two maximum.

    Are there specific brand colors, fonts, or layout styles they want for the interface?

    Should there be any default categories or placeholders in the expense table, or will it always be entirely customized per project?

    Approval Process for Warnings: When the warning message (“PRICE WARNING: Target Margin not met, approval is required”) appears, should there be any additional action logged or noted, or is the warning message alone sufficient?

    Output Formatting: For the output to proposals, would they like any specific export format (e.g., a clean, copy-paste format or PDF-ready)?
