Create a Local AI Chatbot

I would like to create a local AI that can write exactly like me.

The initial purpose is to write regular newsletters for our customers.

I would like the chatbot to be trained on my previous writing and then feed it news articles as they occur.

The chatbot should then be able to produce a newsletter based on the article as if it were written by me.

I would prefer that the model is local and that I can train it over time as and when I write any new content (will need instructions on how to do that).

Ideally the chatbot should be able to add formatting (underline, italics, bold), even if that is just using text prompts where to add the formatting.

Note: Please only send a proposal if you are confident this is possible / you have the skills to do it.

I am not overly technical and will judge the job purely on the results it outputs. If they are not *extremely* similar to the examples of how I write, this will not be of use as our customers are very used to my writing style over many years.
