need to build a complex formula based on business logic. Basically, it's searching for some text with a string, extracting it, look for values associated with the string, validate if it is correct, do some formatting.

    Must be missing something, but If you don't want VBA, but then want the bid to give you the formula that does what you want, WHY would you bother paying us?
