Combining multiple Excel datasets to create a master dataset

We are an analyst company providing market intelligence and forecasts on the global Mobile messaging market (SMS messaging, WhatsApp, facebook messenger etc). Our forecast data includes multiple types of messaging traffic, and total global and country spend for each of those traffic types.

In our forecasts we split out our data by 200 countries. Then we split each individual country data out by mobile network operator (MNO) data. The number of mobile operators we include varies by country, but our data covers a total of 653 mobile operators across all 200 countries.

To the above major dataset, we now need to apply the following additional layers of granularity, to create a complete master dataset - on which we will base our next set of market forecasts. It is this task we are looking to outsource. We currently have the following as separate datasets:
- Market vertical data (19 types) applicable to all 200 markets/every Mobile Operator
- use cases (4 types) which will need to be applied to country data / plus country/MNO data, and also to all market vertical data in country + country/MNO.
- opt-in data for around 100 markets - to be applied to the above in 50% of markets.

In total, we estimate the scope of the finished master dataset would be around 6 million individual data points, once the relevant data is brought together.

Attached is a sample of the scope of data we provide for just one country. This is the output of our forecasts, and what we send to our end users. It will give an outline of the categories of data we work with.

We can give you more insight under NDA, if this is a project you would be interested in working on. We need someone who is extremely proficient in excel, and can demonstrate similar work completed to a high level of skill.
