Clean up Excel spreadsheet customer data output from Quickboooks

Hello, I have a database of customers which has been exported from Quickbooks.

The data needs work to clean it up as data such as mobile phone numbers, customer postcodes or customer vehicle registration plates have been put into different rows.

This task requires someone with excellent Excel skills and a decent amount of common sense.

The main tasks I'd like you to carry out are:

1. Look for number plates and post codes and move them into separate columns. The data looks similar but all postcodes end with 1 number followed by two letters where as most vehicle regitrations end with three letters

2. Look for all mobile phone numbers and move them into a new column. In our spreadsheet, mobiles start with 07 or +447 or just 7 and can be differentiated from land lines which are usually 01 or 02

3. Highlight where there is duplicate data.

I don't expect the spreadsheet to be perfect at the end of this job but I am looking for the key data points to be tidied up, making the spreadsheet easer to manage. There are around 14,000 rows of data. I have put in a basic per hour figure but please send me your quote. I also have a sample data set which I can send to you.
