Build a Dash Board

I have an excel workbook with approximately 15 tabs. In each tab, I load data into a particular cell and the new information updates into a chart in the same Tab. In some of the tabs, i pull a report from another system and then highlight and paste the data which then updates the chart (Graphs) in the tab. I want to have a dashboard built where i can see all of the information on one page when i click on the particular category. I would still upload the information into the tabs either manually or cut and past but i want to be able see everything on one page. Additionally, i would like to be able to compare some of the information in one tab with information in another,. I want to drive it from the dashboard, asking the dashboard to pull certain info for me and chart it together. I don't want to post a budget - I'm committed to getting the work done and need to understand what the cost might be to proceed. Please bid confidently!
