AWS Access Granting (email)

I'm currently setting up a new website which links to a third party portal.

New website: www.sendcutbend.co.uk
Portal Software: www.digifabster.com

In order for digifabster to send emails from shop@sendcutbend.co.uk AWS access is required.

Here is the instruction from the website.

Outgoing email address (recommended)
This is the email that the customer will be receiving the emails from. If you want to change this email, you will also need to allow DigiFabster to send emails from this address. This involves providing AWS access to this email address.

I have tried, creating an AWS account and tryed linking it, but this is just getting beyond my capabilities. Probably just made thing worse.

Need someone who knows what they are doing to activate this link and fix my login mistakes for me.
