Automation of MI Reporting and Dashboarded Metrics from CSV data

I have a requirement to supply monthly MI Data Analysis Reports to our customers on a monthly basis, produced from CSV raw data, that is available monthly, always in the same format and always needing the same MI produced.

We currently display the MI report of our analysis in Excel, as an output of an Access database program but this will no longer be available next month, hence this project. We are also looking to use this opportunity to modernise the presentation of the report, potentially via an online dashboard - open to ideas on this one.
