Automate Weekly Prep List Using (API Integration)

I run a restaurant business and want to automate our weekly kitchen preparation planning.

What I need:
A system that automatically pulls weekly sales data from our POS (Epos Now)
The sales data should feed into a Google Sheet or dashboard
That sheet/dashboard should calculate how much food to prep for the upcoming week

What you'll build:
API integration with Epos Now (full API docs provided)
Basic data processing & transformation
Output to a user-friendly format like a Google Sheet
Optionally: Set it to run on a weekly schedule (e.g. every Monday)

Skills needed:
API integration
Google Sheets scripting OR Python
Experience with POS data is a bonus

Deliverables:
A working system that updates weekly prep data from real sales
Clear documentation or handover
