We are seeking a developer to create a chatbot that leverages large language models (LLMs) to provide in-depth knowledge and support on our insurance products and services. This chatbot will serve as a dynamic customer and adviser service tool, capable of handling complex queries with ease and accuracy.

Project Scope:

Integration of Comprehensive Knowledge Base: Import and organize over 100 PDFs of product summaries, detailed literature, compliance manuals, and advice guides into a searchable and responsive format.

Real-Time Content Updating: Incorporate a system to fetch and update content from external sources such as provider websites, blogs, and newsletters to ensure the chatbot remains current with industry trends. We could optionally keep on the cloud library of pdfs and documents where the knowledge should be based on.
