A Need an IT Expert to Fix my QNAP NAS Server

I run a home-based video editing business in West London.
I have a Mac Pro with a QNAP 932PX Nas Server which contains many project files, but I'm having connectivity issues. The Nas works intermittently and has the following issues:

1. Qfinder hangs or doesn't respond.
2. When I get access to Qfinder, I'm unable to connect to the network drives (no response from server)
3. The server is visible on Mac Finder but I'm unable to connect to it or access mounted files.
4. When I connect to QTS, the site is very slow and eventually drops the connection.

I need an IT Expert to get this drive up and running like it used to. I am based in West London (UB1 postcode).

Please contact me if you are familiar with NAS servers and are able to diagnose the problem and fix.

I need this done ASAP as I have many video deadlines to meet.
