The task is very easy if you have experience with WP All Import, I need someone to map the fields correctly and complete the import process

Just an idea, have you thought about just copying the database with the properties from your existing site to the new one, doing things like this with the actual tables will usually give a better result (no mapping/changes/plugins needed) I find doing things without a third party just directly with the tables is a much safer more successful processes. If you'd like me to quote for doing that let me know.
Patrick B.20 Sep 2016that sounds like a good idea. But the themes are different, so won't that matter as far as the tables?
Rex A.20 Sep 2016Your tables will be specific to each part of your site, so if it's a plugin/component/widget/post/etc they are each in their own tables, I'd export the table relating to your properties (may be a couple of tables) and then import to your new sites tables. Best practice will be to make a backup of both your databases first (in case anything goes wrong) it's a fairly straight forward process. I'd send a proposal of £45 for the job.
