Worldpress landing page development

Hello,
We are Foam, the coffee lover's and speciality coffee shop's app.
We strive to present coffee shops and offer discounts to Berlin's coffee lovers. Moreover, we want to increase the number of new customers and provide market analysis to coffee shops.
We are doing a pre-pilot with the aim of:
• Validating the business assumptions and corroborate the need in the market
• Engaging with coffee lovers and coffee shops early in the process
• Identifying stakeholders who would like to participate in the development of our product (testers)
To achieve these, we are creating a simple Wordpress landing page requiring to:
• Present the key features of our app
• Have two download button – IOS and Android - that will take the user to a page specifying that the app is under development
• Collect the email address of coffee lovers interested in:
o Learning when the application is going to be launched
o Getting updates about the development process
o Participating in Foam’s app development process (and get free coffee at the same time)
• Collect the number of unique views of the webpage and clicks on the download buttons (preferably with free applications such as Google Analytics)
• Show the terms of use
