Wordpress Woocommerce plugin for credit limit

General information for the website: Buffet caterer. Online ordering.
Description of every page/module: I require a plugin that will allow me to set each customer a credit limit. Once Xero marks the payment as paid there credit limit will need to reflect that they've paid. This needs to be user facing and have an area in Admin panel where it can be viewed.
We currently use Xero and invoices come through as awaiting payment.
Description of requirements/features: Set individual credit limit per customer.
Put customers on hold if we wish.
stop customers placing an order under invoice payment method if them placing that order will mean they will exceed the credit limit.
Extra services needed: 3rd party integration
