WORDPRESS WIZARD EXPERT - Website design update and plugins

We are looking for a Wordpress Wizard - An Expert - A SHOW OFF!!

We are releasing a new service to the world (UK initally) which will have a positive impact on everyone (with internet).

Our wordpress site requires TLC + there will be ongoing requirements for this site so we are looking for someone who wants to get their teeth into something juicy!

1. We have a new design we would like creating, see attached PNGs (sorry had to cut the page into 4 to upload) or if you know of a similar theme, we are open to this. Requirements:
- Ability to edit the content for each section (image, title, text and where the action button points at)
- Ability to edit the content for the hero section at the top including the colour of the background (pink on the design)
- Ability to have dynamic sections: able to add or remove sections of content to the page

2. Registering 2 types of user, we beleive the best way to manage this would be with Mailchimp or Forminator or Hubspot (although this may be overkill)

Aside from these basic requirement any recommendations are welcome, we are relying on your flair and expert knowhow to make site fly!

Exsisting site details and more info can be provided although an NDA maybe required
