Wordpress Website with ECommerce Plugin and payment gateway from Illustrator file

I have the design for a website I need developed using the Wordpress CMS. The design is quite simple with only one front page with seperate sections which are scrolled to from the navigation bar. There will also be a seperate contact page and ECommerce plugin (Probably SHOPP although I am open to suggestions) I will also need a Worldpay payment gateway integrated. I have an Illustrator file with Images and links included.
There will be some JavaScript needed for the functionality.
