Wordpress website theme change

Recreate the alkaliaesthetics.co.uk website in u-design themeforest theme.

It must be visually attractive & well laid out. I have all images needed.

It must:

1. Display correctly on all devices
2. Duplicate existing pages or redirect them is as to maintain organic listings
3. Have a blog section
4. Have opt in forms on each page on the right side
5. Have the dynamic tracking code for telephone number serving based on visitor source
6. Each content page must be able to be content rich - ie able to display long detailed posts & descriptions including text pictures. & video.

You must

1. Be a clear communicator & organised in your approach
2. Be able to manage any technical challenges.
3. Be fast & responsive in delivery of work showing progress
