Wordpress website (theme and site already in place) just needs making nice.

Hi,

We have a wordpress site and theme installed. We are wanting our current website www.sportsrecruitingusa.com to be revamped into this new wordpress theme.

The theme we have used is Game Plan. Which can be seen here http://demo.cactusthemes.com/#gameplan

So basically we want some who can make our new site into something similar like the demo you can seen above, but with all the content from our old site.

If you can do this, please let us know.

I've attached a small document showing what we want briefly.

If this is done well, we have another similar website that is needed too.
