Wordpress Website Re-Skin

I have an e-commerce wordpress site www.freshfurnituredirect.co.uk

this site is no longer active. So I want someone to download the files/databases so I can save them on a harddrive.

Then, I want to duplicate site and create a new look/feel for a new business.

1. Logo to be updated
2. Anywhere it says "fresh furniture' update to new company name
3. Remove all products
4. Change colours to new colour scheme (see attached) buttons to be eton blue
5. Remove top navigation bar
6. Update social media (we will only have instagram for now)
7. Shop by Room will change to "Shop by Category" and we will only have 1 category for now "Crystal Healing"
8. Shop by Item will have just one category "Crystal Healing" > "Crystals"

And other niggly updates like this. Mainly updating text/documents.

You will NOT need to upload products, I will do this.
