Wordpress Website for a Church - English / Spanish

WordPress Project: Church Website

We need a dynamic and nice looking website. We are going to provide some examples to be taken as a guide, even though we want a original design. We also want a redesign of the actual logo to use it in the website. Has to be in 2 languages, English and Spanish. Has to be compatible with most popular browsers and mobile-tablet responsive. Will be integrated with Twitter and Facebook accounts to let visitors interact in their social networks with the content of the page like inviting people to see the live broadcast or download any resource.

Below are features / functionalities we need in the site:

Home with a nice slideshow, a search box to find content in the page, an email subscription box (recorded in the database), a section with the latest sermon to watch, listen or download, a invite a friend functionality to send an email and the following menu (not necessarily in this order, we could rearrange the menus before starting design):

Calendar / Activities Schedule ( The backend should provide a way to fill this section )
Download Center ( List of resources to download like audios and videos)
Live Broadcasting ( will be syncronized with livestream.com in a frame ) if not live then a message should be posted that we are offline at the moment with a link to the download center for previous broadcasted material.
Latest New ( A blog style section with articles )
Services
Pray petition form
Counseling petition form
Become a church member form ( the page owner should have the freedom to choose who is going to become member or not in the backend )
Bible School (With a list of articles and brief description of the previous chapters taught)
Option in the backend to send an email message to all / selected members and newsletter subscribers with information about any activity. We are going to need a standard template for the email with the logo and nice design for these emails.

FINAL NOTE: THIS NEED TO BE A WORDPRESS TEMPLATE THAT WE CAN INSTALL BY OURSELVES IF NECESSARY AND COMPATIBLE WITH THE ACTUAL VERSION OF WORDPRESS AT THE MOMENT: 3.7.1
