Wordpress website development

Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to view my post, I have very little knowledge relating to web design and development, but essentially I am interested in establishing a website for a small business that I operate.

I have selected a suitable Wordpress template that I would like to emulate, however, when it comes to configuring and formatting the site, I am never quite able to construct an exact/equally professionally looking site.

So what I am after is an individual who has knowledge in this field, and is able to format the template that I have purchased into a professionally looking site - I will populate the site with text, images etc, I just need the basic format established in a way that ensures that I am able to revise and amend the content of the website without inhibiting the format.

I hope this makes sense, I welcome any proposals for this job and can answer more specific questions if necessary.
