Wordpress website

I need help finishing my wordpress website. You can see it here...www.colepepperplumbing.com. It has 10 pages in total as you can see...including the homepage. Basically I need to give you all the content to fill in (images, text etc) and I need it completed. The last person I worked with (actually from your city) was being very shady and was hard to get a hold of and wasnt meeting my deadlines. Would you be able to do this website at $150 with unlimited revisions? I am using the Avada them. Also I would need to know the timeline of you finishing the job. I dont have all the content ready, I am still creating it. So lets say for example I sent you all the content for the homepage, how soon would you finish it? Then after that would be completed I would send you the content for a page like the 'FAQ' page, how soon could you finish that, and if I need to get a hold of you are you readily available?
