Description of every page/module: I have a current theme that i want to change - possibly using a new template - if advised to buy or not.

Please see design attached - not showing but needed is a contact page and FAQS (in the same style as the attached image)

I also need the Terms of use weblink to remain the same as it is already liked with in app.
