Wordpress web design of landing page with few choices

Im looking to have a landing page for selection of services.

When the user arrives to the site they will be presented with a choice of services:
Domain Names
Web Hosting
VPS
Dedicated Servers
IT Support

It needs to be simple in terms of user friendly but also good data centre type of look.

I like the idea of something like this:

But it doesnt necesarrily have to be like that, its just an idea.

No problem in using already made templates, this design doesnt have to be done from scratch. I would preferably prefer something from themeforest.

It needs to have a footer to display the address and other details.

Also needs a contact form on the same page.

Possibility of having a menu at the top with the logo being quite visible.

I dont mind either a light or dark type of background, style as long as the images used are high quality.
They can either be real images or flat icons that represent each service.
presence of a phone number in the header is important.
Description of requirements/features: I will provide you with the Logo of the company, address, contact.
Specific technologies required: wordpress
